Privacy policy
We collect the minimum we need to run the store — and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and phone number when you register.
- Order details: shipping addresses, items purchased and order history.
- Guest orders: if you check out without an account, we store only what's needed to deliver and support the order (name, phone, email, address).
- Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept briefly for security and debugging.
Payments
All online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure servers and are never stored on ours. We receive only a payment confirmation and reference number.
How we use your data
- Processing and delivering your orders.
- Order updates by email/WhatsApp/SMS — including tracking links.
- Customer support and handling returns/refunds.
- Fraud prevention and securing the store.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to fulfil your order (courier partners, Razorpay) and only to the extent necessary.
Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your cart. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
Data retention
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — we'll remove everything except records we're legally required to keep.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us anything about it, by emailing care@cevaga.com. We respond within one week.
