How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually faster. You'll get a tracking link by email/WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free insured shipping on every order across India, no minimum value.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. Enter your pincode at checkout to check serviceability. Paying online unlocks faster processing and easier refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay — plus COD where available. Your card details never touch our servers; payments are processed entirely by Razorpay.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging with tags intact. Raise a request on WhatsApp or email with your order reference and we'll guide you through it. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
Will the jewellery tarnish or irritate my skin?
Our pieces use anti-tarnish, skin-friendly plating designed for daily wear — including showers and workouts. That said, perfumes, chlorine and salt water are harsh on all plated jewellery, so we'd skip those. Each piece comes with a care card.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link from your dispatch message, or head to Track an order and enter your order reference (starts with CV). No login needed.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp within a few hours of placing it and we'll update the address. Once shipped, the address can't be changed.
Do the products come with a box?
Yes — every piece arrives in Cevaga travel-safe packaging, ready to gift. Gift notes can be added free of charge; just mention it when ordering.
